Celebrate with Thai food

Chai Singalavanij and Prapat Jiwarangsan celebrate the end of the show by preparing delicious Thai food.

The most popular salad of the day was “SOM – TAM”, a Thai local food, available in every corner of  Thailand. The recipe follows below.

Ingredients for one person
1. One  big carrot (Actually Thais use a raw papaya)
2. 10 long beans, cut into 1 inch long
3  5-6 baby tomatoes,  cut in half
4. 1-2 tbsp of roasted bean (unsalted)
For dressing
1. 1 tbsp of pam sugar
2. 1-2 tbsp of fish sauce
3.  4 cloves of peeled garlics
4 1-2 limes or lemons
5. Chili, up to your craziness!!!
Useful utensil
1. A mortar & a pestle  for making dressing, the ingredients mix together well when they are hit and  hitting help increase smell. Anyway you can adapt utensils at hand to be fake ones.
How to make
1.Roughly break cloves of garlic by pounding, add palm sugar, pound them together until the sugar nearly turns into a paste. Next, add chili and hit just a very little bit.
2. Add fish sauce and lemonade, that’s it.
3. Mix veg and dressing.
